Meet the Team

  • Founder | President

Preaching the Gospel worldwide and training others to do so is the mission of Tim Robnett. He founded ETeamGlobal in 2011 as the next step in a ministry that’s spanned more than 50 years. Since founding the ministry, Tim and ETG’s ministry has touched the lives of more than 440,000 people, with more than 50,000 accepting Christ. Tim and ETG have also trained almost 30,000 evangelists and pastors on how to more effectively share and teach the Gospel. Tim also serves as faculty mentor for students in Multnomah University’s MAAT and DMin program in Global Evangelism. Tim has a BA in Sociology from Stanford University, a Master of Divinity from Western Conservative Baptist Seminary and Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological. He has been married to his high school sweetheart since 1971.

  • Strategic Director

Mike Parker has been an international missionary leader and evangelist for 30 years. In that time, Mike has been a missionary, evangelist, missions leader and has founded or co-founded four non-profit ministries. He has extensive experience serving in more than 50 countries as an international short-term missions leader, preacher, church plant leader, teacher and networker related to short term ministry partnerships. Mike’s particular passion is least reached and unreached peoples and places around the world. He loves his two incredible daughters and the outdoors. Mike has a BA in Psychology from Oregon State University and a Masters in Intercultural Studies from Western Seminary and is an ordained minister through the Northwest Conservative Baptist Association.

  • Executive Director/ Evangelist

Chris was saved by grace and pulled out of walking in darkness in the spring of 2003 after returning home from living a self-focused life in Australia. Twenty two years later, he continues to be transformed into a child of God. Chris has been called to be an evangelist since Fall of 2005 in Nepal, to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ. He has done this through serving in local churches and through international partnerships to reach as many people as possible with the gospel. For the past 20 years he has served as an international evangelist for God’s Kingdom along in local church leadership. Chris has a deep passion to share God’s love, truth, and rescue plan. He has had the privilege to share in 24 countries across 5 continents. Chris is a Western Seminary graduate. In addition to serving as an evangelist with ETG, Chris served faithfully as associate pastor at Laurel Community Church in Hillsboro, OR (USA) for eight years. Chris and his family moved to Dayton, Ohio in July 2024 where they now call home.

  • Communications Director

Frank joined ETeamGlobal in February, 2018, as Communications Director and Operations Manager. Frank came to ETG with more than 35 years of experience in communications (journalist, public relations consultant) and in project management for clients that included Microsoft, Expedia and FLIR. Frank graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Communications/Broadcast Journalism.

Frank got off the spiritual fence one bright, sunny Spring day in 1984 while driving through the Willamette Valley just north of Eugene. In admiring the beauty of the mountains in the distance, the forests just on the other side of the farm pastures and the red-tail hawk soaring above (all while driving safely down I-5!), a thought struck full force—none of this is an accident! At that moment, Frank accepted Christ as his Savior!

Since then, Frank has served as a youth group leader and Bible study leader at several churches. He and his wife were part of a small group that planted a church in Beaverton (OR) called Morning Star Bible Church with a mission for reaching third and fourth generation Asian-Americans (his wife is fourth generation Japanese-American). He served as an elder for that small church until it re-birthed with another church, Trinity Church, in 2006 to form Common Ground Church. One of the leaders of Trinity Church was Tim Robnett! The vision for this re-birthed church was to be a multi-cultural body that better reflects Heaven, to be a community of all peoples who know, love and share Jesus with our world.Item description
