Greg graduated from Oregon State in ’92 with a BA in Spanish. He initially managed hazelnut orchards and ran a crew constructing hen houses for Willamette Egg Farms. He managed construction projects and co-managed farm operations for Willamette Egg Farms for 20 years, during that time he became a co-owner. Greg played a key role in restructuring the NW poultry association and navigating animal welfare related political challenges in the Oregon and Washington legislatures. He sat on the executive committees of Northwest Food Processors Association and United Egg Producers. The company was sold in 2015 and he left his position with Willamette Egg in 2017. Today, he farms near Woodburn with a focus on hazelnut production.
Greg and his wife Wyatt attend Canby Foursquare Church. Greg, Wyatt and 3 of Greg’s sons have been blessed to go to Uganda to serve with the Transform Uganda teams. Greg and Wyatt enjoy time together working around the farm and like to get away to Central Oregon for fun.
